Asked john for coffee, he failed to pass this onto wild bean, so had to wait, I was given a loyalty card for free coffee next time I'm in.

claims to be 24 hour, but can't serve customers when their tills are being updated. conveniently this was at 01:30 today, when i tried to be a customer. the assistant COULD have offered to take a list of my items and ring them through when their tills had come back online, but instead was happy to turn me away, literally turning away customers
